Foreign Languages

If you are interested in studying a foreign language at VSU, you have the option of declaring a minor in either Spanish, German or French. Learning a foreign language can not only be fun, but can give you an edge in today's world which is heavily focused on global understanding. Many government agencies and businesses specifically seek employees who are bilingual.

Learning a foreign language can also teach you about another culture, and even help you understand your own a little bit better. Being able to communicate in another language can make traveling abroad easier and more fun, and with your new language skills, you might even make some new friends from other places.

In this section, you'll find the details of the minor programs offered in German, French and Spanish at VSU.
