Mass Communications Club

The Virginia State University Mass Communications Club is composed of approximately 40 members who meet every Thursday - Foster Hall Room 210 at 5:15 P.M. If you are interested in Radio, TV, Print Media & Public Relations join us to learn more about career and internship opportunities, as well as speak with the professionals and get a chance to network on and off campus.

There are sub-teams within the club which focus on each interest that have separate meeting times and assignments to provide out of the class room experience from fellow students, for fellow students, no matter your current year! The club also has a strong focus on community service, often partnering with the University Counseling Center on events as well as holding our own health forums and recycling days, and participating in partnerships with non-profit organization such as "Camp Diva" in Richmond, Va.  The club works strongly along with the Mass Communications Department and Student Activities to carry out each of their perspective missions. All majors are welcomed to join!
